Product Ingredients

 

At Dr Calm we pride ourselves on producing the best quality and most effective CBD products on the market. 

Quality has multiple aspects, but the quality of the raw CBD itself is the main one as without this the product would not be effective. We know our products are simply the best that money can buy as we source all of our raw CBD from 100% organic growers in the foothills of the Colorado mountains. The raw CBD is then extracted using a supercritical CO2 extraction process which is very gentle, to ensure that almost all of the natural ingredients are preserved to create the most effective CBD extract available on the market. 

Secondly is the carrier oil, the oil into which the extract is infused to increase to bioavailability of the CBD. We use an organic MCT oil, which is derived from coconuts for all our carrier oils. This is because it has very little flavour (unlike hemp seed oil which has a very strong taste) and also MCT oil itself has additional health benefits, for example ….

 

CBD Oil Drops

The third ingredient we add to our CBD drops is natural Peppermint flavouring to ensure the best taste experience for our customers. We have tried hundreds of different flavour combinations with our products, but peppermint always shone through as the best combination with CBD. It is also a completely natural flavouring to ensure our CBD drops are 100% natural, organic and vegan friendly. 

CBD Drops Ingredients (5% | 500mg)

Organic MCT Oil (<95%), 5% CBD Rich Organic Hemp Extract, Natural Peppermint Flavouring.

CBD Drops Ingredients (10% | 1000mg)

Organic MCT Oil (<90%), 10% CBD Rich Organic Hemp Extract, Natural Peppermint Flavouring.

 

CBD Soft Gel Capsules

We use the same raw CBD and organic MCT oil in our capsules as we do in our CBD drops, the only difference from an ingredient perspective comes from the encapsulation process. The encapsulation process requires additional ingredients to work effectively, which unfortunately means that our soft gel capsules are not suitable for vegetarians and vegans. 

These ingredients are required to form the outer shell of the capsules and allow the liquid inside to be sealed around. We are working with our suppliers to find a vegan friendly version of our capsules and will try to get this product to market as soon as possible.
